The patch titled

     lockdep: rename DEBUG_WARN_ON()

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-rename-debug_warn_on.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Rename DEBUG_WARN_ON() to the less generic DEBUG_LOCKS_WARN_ON() name, so that
it's clear that this is a lock-debugging internal mechanism.
