- mmc-force-dma-on-some-controllers.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     mmc: force DMA on some controllers

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     mmc-force-dma-on-some-controllers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Some controllers incorrectly report that the cannot do DMA.  Forcefully enable
it for those that we know it works fine on.
