The patch titled

     make kernel/utsname.c:clone_uts_ns() static

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     namespaces-utsname-implement-clone_newuts-flag-tidy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into namespaces-utsname-implement-clone_newuts-flag.patch
