The patch titled

     IB/ipath: ignore receive queue size if SRQ is specified

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ib-ipath-ignore-receive-queue-size-if-srq-is.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The receive work queue size should be ignored if the QP is created to use a
shared receive queue according to the IB spec.
