The patch titled

     IB/ipath: enable freeze mode when shutting down device

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ib-ipath-enable-freeze-mode-when-shutting-down.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
