The patch titled

     IB/ipath: don't confuse the max message size with the MTU

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ib-ipath-dont-confuse-the-max-message-size-with.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
