- uml-remove-unneeded-time-definitions.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     uml: remove unneeded time definitions

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     uml-remove-unneeded-time-definitions.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Remove um_time() and um_stime() syscalls since they are identical to
system-wide ones.
