The patch titled

     genirq: cleanup: turn ARCH_HAS_IRQ_PER_CPU into CONFIG_IRQ_PER_CPU

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     genirq-cleanup-turn-arch_has_irq_per_cpu-into-config_irq_per_cpu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
