The patch titled

     i4l: remove unneeded include/linux/isdn/tpam.h

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     i4l-remove-unneeded-include-linux-isdn-tpamh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
