The patch titled

     r/o bind mounts: do_rmdir(): elevate write count

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ro-bind-mounts-do_rmdir-elevate-write-count.patch

This patch was dropped because Viro's comments sounded rather serious
