The patch titled

     x86: constify some parts of arch/i386/kernel/cpu/

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     x86-constify-some-parts-of-arch-i386-kernel-cpu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
