The patch titled

     cpufreq_register_driver-section-fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     cpu-hotplug-make-cpu_notifier-related-notifier-calls-__cpuinit-only-fix-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into cpu-hotplug-make-cpu_notifier-related-notifier-calls-__cpuinit-only.patch
