- md-md-kconfig-speeling-feex.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     md: md Kconfig speeling feex

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     md-md-kconfig-speeling-feex.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

I was experimenting with Linux SW raid today and found a spelling error when
reading the help menus...  (and fly spell found more).
