The patch titled

     md/bitmap: use set_bit etc for bitmap page attributes

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     md-bitmap-use-set_bit-etc-for-bitmap-page-attributes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

In particular, this means that we use 4 bits per page instead of a whole
