- dm-mirror-log-bitset_size-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     dm mirror log: bitset_size fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     dm-mirror-log-bitset_size-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Fix the 'sizeof' in the region log bitmap size calculation: it's uint32_t, not
unsigned long - this breaks on some archs.
