- vesafb-fix-return-code-of-vesafb_setcolreg.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     vesafb: Fix return code of vesafb_setcolreg

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     vesafb-fix-return-code-of-vesafb_setcolreg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

If the hardware palette cannot be accessed, make vesafb_setcolreg return a
nonzero value.
