- ufs-fsync-implementation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     ufs: fsync implementation

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ufs-fsync-implementation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Presently ufs doesn't support "fsync", this make some applications unhappy,
for example vim.  This patch fixes this situation.
