- nfs-remove-nfs_put_link.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     nfs: remove nfs_put_link()

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     nfs-remove-nfs_put_link.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
