The patch titled

     list.h doc: change "counter" to "cursor"

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     listh-doc-change-counter-to-control.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use loop "cursor" instead of loop "counter" for list iterator descriptions. 
They are not counters, they are pointers or positions.
