The patch titled

     fs/fat/misc.c: unexport fat_sync_bhs

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     fs-fat-miscc-unexport-fat_sync_bhs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
