- cleanup-default-value-of-sched_smt.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     clean up default value of SCHED_SMT

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     cleanup-default-value-of-sched_smt.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Default values for boolean and tristate options can only be 'y', 'm' or 'n'. 
This patch removes wrong default for SCHED_SMT.
