- frv-misc-__user-annotations.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     frv: misc __user annotations

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     frv-misc-__user-annotations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
