- ext2-xip-wont-build-without-mmu.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     ext2 XIP won't build without MMU

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ext2-xip-wont-build-without-mmu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Disable Ext2 XIP if the kernel is configured in no-MMU mode as the former
