The patch titled

     slab: kmalloc, kzalloc comments cleanup and fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     slab-kmalloc-kzalloc-comments-cleanup-and-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
