The patch titled

     wait_table and zonelist initializing for memory hotadd: change name of wait_table_size()

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     wait_table-and-zonelist-initializing-for-memory-hotadd-change-name-of-wait_table_size.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
