The patch titled gdth: add execute firmware command abstraction has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is gdth-add-execute-firmware-command-abstraction.patch This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree ------------------------------------------------------ Subject: gdth: add execute firmware command abstraction From: Christoph Hellwig <hch@xxxxxx> First step to move gdth and thus one of the two remaining drivers off the scsi_request interface: Introduce a gdth_execute abstraction to send a firmware command to a host. This gets rid of all the knowledge of scsi_requests or scsi_cmnd structures everywhere in the drivers (and thus also the big ifdef mess). As a next step gdth_execute can be switched to a different underlying mechanism.
