The patch titled
run kswapd_init() earlier
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is
run-kswapd_init-earlier.patch
This patch was dropped because it oopses all over the place

We're presently running kswapd_init() during initcalls. But it initialises
total_memory, and if we don't do that, page reclaim will get a divide-by-zero.
And sometimes we can accidentally run page reclaim early in boot.
