- eliminate-unused-proc-sys-net-ethernet.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     eliminate unused /proc/sys/net/ethernet

has been  the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     eliminate-unused-proc-sys-net-ethernet.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

10 years!  Time to eliminate it!
