- sparsemem-build-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     Sparsemem build fix

has been  the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     sparsemem-build-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

<linux/mmzone.h> uses PAGE_SIZE, PAGE_SHIFT from <asm/page.h> without
including that header itself.  For some sparsemem configurations this may
result in build errors like:
