- add-pci_cap_id_vndr.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     Add PCI_CAP_ID_VNDR

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     add-pci_cap_id_vndr.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

Add the vendor-specific extended capability PCI_CAP_ID_VNDR.  It will be
used by the Myri-10G Ethernet driver (will be submitted soon).
