The patch titled

revert "swsusp add check for suspension of X controlled devices"

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is

     revert-swsusp-add-check-for-suspension-of-x-controlled-devices.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

Subject: revert "swsusp add check for suspension of X controlled devices"
From: Andrew Morton <akpm@xxxxxxxx>

It broke APM suspend, probably because APM doesn't switch back to a VT when
suspending.

Tracked down by Matt Mackall <mpm@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Rafael sayeth: "It only fixed the theoretical issue that a quick-handed user
could switch to X after processes have been frozen and before the devices are
suspended.

With the current userland suspend tools it shouldn't be necessary."
