Subject: atkbd: support Korean input keys
From: Pete Zaitcev <zaitcev@xxxxxxxxxx>

Apparently, this is needed to support Korean input keys.

Here's a bug entry for reference:
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=192637

[akpm: this was liberated from the Ubuntu tree. It's a start.]
