Alas, 0 seems to be always read from the PCI space despite the BIOSes in
question surely save the f_CNT value. HighPoint BIOSes use I/O register 0x90
to save the value. Therefore changing this line to:
temp = inl(pci_resource_start(dev, 4), 0x90);
seems to do the trick.
