The patch titled

acpi idle __read_mostly and de-init static var

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is

     acpi-idle-__read_mostly-and-de-init-static-var.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

From: Andreas Mohr <andi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

- make pm_idle_save, nocst and bm_history __read_mostly
- static first_run is initialized to 0 by default already
