The patch titled
bcm43xx: check for valid MAC address in SPROM
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is
bcm43xx-check-for-valid-mac-address-in-sprom.patch
This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

Check for valid MAC address in SPROM fields instead of relying on PHY type
while setting the MAC address in the networking subsystem, as some devices
have multiple PHYs.
