The patch titled RTC: rtc-dev tweak for 64-bit kernel has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is rtc-rtc-dev-tweak-for-64-bit-kernel.patch This patch was probably dropped from -mm because it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into its parent patch in the -mm tree. This patch make rtc-dev's read() work well for both "int" and "long" size. This tweak is came from genrtc driver.
