The patch titled

     s390: fix ipd handling

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is

     s390-fix-ipd-handling.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

From: Heiko Carstens <heiko.carstens@xxxxxxxxxx>

As pointed out by Paulo Marques <pmarques@xxxxxxxxxxxx> MAX_IPD_TIME is by
a factor of ten too small. Since this means that we allow ten times more
IPDs in the intended time frame this could result in a cpu check stop of a
physical cpu.
