The patch titled forcedeth: fix initialization has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is forcedeth-fix-initialization.patch This patch was probably dropped from -mm because it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into its parent patch in the -mm tree. From: Manfred Spraul <manfred@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> This patch fixes the nic initialization. If the nic was in low power mode, it brings it back to normal power. Also, it utilizes a new hardware reset during the init.
