- tpm-driver-for-next-generation-tpm-chips.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

tpm: driver for next generation TPM chips

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is

     tpm-driver-for-next-generation-tpm-chips.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

From: Leendert van Doorn <leendert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

The driver for the next generation of TPM chips version 1.2 including support
for interrupts. The Trusted Computing Group has written the TPM Interface
Specification (TIS) which defines a common interface for all manufacturer's
1.2 TPM's thus the name tpm_tis.
