- nfs_show_stats-for_each_possible_cpu-not-nr_cpus.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     nfs_show_stats: for_each_possible_cpu(), not NR_CPUS

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is

     nfs_show_stats-for_each_possible_cpu-not-nr_cpus.patch

This patch was probably dropped from -mm because
it has now been merged into a subsystem tree or
into Linus's tree, or because it was folded into
its parent patch in the -mm tree.

From: John Hawkes <hawkes@xxxxxxx>

Convert a for-loop that explicitly references "NR_CPUS" into the
potentially more efficient for_each_possible_cpu() construct.
