+ cleanup-default-value-of-mtd_pcmcia_anonymous.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled

     clean up default value of MTD_PCMCIA_ANONYMOUS

has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     cleanup-default-value-of-mtd_pcmcia_anonymous.patch

Default values for boolean and tristate options can only be 'y', 'm' or 'n'. 
This patch removes wrong default for MTD_PCMCIA_ANONYMOUS.
