     Swapless V2: try_to_unmap() - Rename ignrefs to "migration"

has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     swapless-v2-try_to_unmap-rename-ignrefs-to-migration.patch

try_to_unmap: Rename ignore_refs to migrate

migrate is a better name since we implement special handling for
page migration later.
