Trace emulation of guest access to various registers via MFC0/MTC0/DMFC0/DMTC0 instructions (coprocessor 0) and the RDHWR instruction (hardware registers exposed to userland), replacing some existing kvm_debug calls. Trace events are much more practical for this kind of debug output.
