Now LOONGSON_CHIPCFG register definition doesn't depend on CPUFREQ any more, so CPU_SUPPORTS_CPUFREQ is no longer needed for suspend/resume. Remove CONFIG_LOONGSON_SUSPEND and use CONFIG_SUSPEND instead.
