[PATCH] MIPS: BCM47XX: Initialize bcma bus later (with mm available)

Initializaion with memory allocator available will be much simpler, this
will allow cleanup in the bcma code.

Since MIPS git tree is based on 3.18-rcX (and includes required bcma patches),
this patch can finally go into it. Re-sending without RFC.
