[PATCH 17/18] KVM/MIPS32: Revert to older method for accessing ASID parameters

- Now that commit d532f3d26 has been reverted in the MIPS tree,
  revert back to the older method of using the ASID_MASK.
- Trivial cleanup: s/unsigned long/long
