[PATCH] tx49xx: define ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN

With SLAB, it works without ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN, but with SLOB/SLUB,
ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN is required to ensure alignment of kmalloced
buffer.
