why not using something like that ? :
        cflags-$(CONFIG_LOONGSON2E) += \
                $(call cc-option,-march=loongson2e,$(call cc-option,-march=r4600))
        cflags-$(CONFIG_LOONGSON2F) += \
                $(call cc-option,-march=loongson2f,$(call cc-option,-march=r4600))
