I see that there are now some interesting pages in the Wiki about the NUBI: http://www.linux-mips.org/wiki/NUBI Unfortunately there is no good way to navigate to them from the home page.You can follow the links to see a preliminary version of the specification, but I see no indication about how one would go about commenting on it.
