Hello all
I finaly pass all hw problems and problems with external int. controller but
I stuck on next:

	Linux version 2.6.12-rc3-md (davidovic@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (gcc
version 3.4.2) #591 Thu Jun 2 17:05:44 CEST 2005
	CPU revision is: 00019064
	Determined physical RAM map:
	 memory: 04000000 @ 00000000 (usable)
	Built 1 zonelists
	Kernel command line: rootfstype=ramfs console=ttyS0,115200
Primary instruction cache 16kB, physically tagged, 4-way, linesize
16 bytes.
Primary data cache 8kB, 2-way, linesize 16 bytes.
Synthesized TLB refill handler (20 instructions).
Synthesized TLB load handler fastpath (32 instructions).
Synthesized TLB store handler fastpath (32 instructions).
Synthesized TLB modify handler fastpath (31 instructions).
PID hash table entries: 512 (order: 9, 8192 bytes)
Dentry cache hash table entries: 16384 (order: 4, 65536 bytes)
	Inode-cache hash table entries: 8192 (order: 3, 32768 bytes)
Memory: 63216k/65536k available (1029k kernel code, 2284k reserved,
158k data, 400k init, 0k highmem)
Calibrating delay loop... 808.96 BogoMIPS (lpj=404480)
	Mount-cache hash table entries: 512
	Checking for 'wait' instruction... available.
	Linux NoNET1.0 for Linux 2.6
	Micronas VGCA on-chip UART
	io scheduler noop registered
RAMDISK driver initialized: 1 RAM disks of 4096K size 1024 blocksize
	loop: loaded (max 8 devices)
Freeing unused kernel memory: 400k freed
Warning: unable to open an initial console.err = -6
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

This is my initramfs_list:
dir /dev 0755 0 0
nod /dev/console 0644 0 0 c 5 1
nod /dev/ttyS0 0622 0 0 c 5 1
dir /etc 0755 0 0

dir /tmp 0755 0 0
dir /var 0755 0 0
dir /proc 0755 0 0
dir /mnt 0755 0 0
dir /home 0755 0 0
dir /root 755 0 0
dir /lib 0755 0 0
dir /lost+found 0755 0 0
dir /sbin 0755 0 0
file /init /home/davidovic/vgclinux/klibc-1.0/kinit/kinit 0755 0 0
file /bin/kinit /home/davidovic/vgclinux/klibc-1.0/kinit/kinit 0755 0 0

In errno-base.h err = -6 means ENXIO, no such device or address.
I tried with some googling and I found similar problem with arm-linux (see
http://lists.arm.linux.org.uk/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2005-April/028467.h
tml).
Is it problem with creating initramfs_data.cpio because I created this file:

cd usr
./gen_init_cpio initramfs_list > initramfs_data.cpio
cd ..
make

I am pretty shure init process is loaded on 0x004000b0 (this is ok, I dumped
kinit) but I can not figure why is killed, except that
in fist couple of lines kinit also try to open /dev/console.

Any help or comment will be most welcomed.
